DOS AND DON'TS
To save reinventing the wheel, here you will find examples of risk assessments already undertaken. There may not be one that directly fits your situation, but you can look at similar ones and pick and mix hazards and controls. This will also give you an idea of how others have approached risk assessment.
Many of these assessments follow a different style, don't worry - this isn't important. What is important is that the hazards and control measures may be relevant and it's these that you need to consider.
Remember, your assessment MUST match the situation you are looking at and although there may be common themes with other assessments, it is not acceptable to just cut and paste other risk assessments in their entirety.
