The Money Advice Service is here to provide students and potential students at the University of Worcester with welfare and financial advice and support.
Our graduates are also welcome to contact us for advice on student finance.

Appointments
The team includes three Money Advisers who are available for one to one appointments. We are based at the St John's campus in Worcester, but also offer telephone appointments to students living further afield, including those studying at one of the University's partner institutions.
Appointments available:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
8.30am - 4.00pm
AND Thursday 8.30am - 5.00

- Listen to you
- Explain the options available to you
- Help you identify further action to take
- Help you fill in forms and draft letters if necessary
- Contact other organisations for further information if relevant
- Liaise with others on your behalf, e.g. Student Finance England, banks and landlords
Access to Learning Fund (Hardship Fund)
In addition, we administer the Access to Learning Fund, which is available to students experiencing severe financial hardship. The fund is non-repayable and may be applied for at any time during the academic year and even during the long holiday months for some students
