Contensis training and guidance

Contensis is the system we use to manage the content on our external website.

Our main website (www.worcester.ac.uk) is managed using Contensis, however, our staff and student facing pages are currently managed using Reddot.

Request access

If you need to make regular changes to the external website you can request access to Contensis through the ICT service desk.

In the ICT request please specify:

• The web pages or sections you would like to edit (e.g. School of Education pages)
• Whether you will be editing staff profile pages
• The name of your line manager

If you only need to make occasional changes, please email your specific request to web@worc.ac.uk.

Book Contensis training

Before your account is activated you will need to attend our Contensis training.

You can book via the staff development workshop portal.

Contensis CMS guidance

To supplement the training we have produced the following guidance documents:

• Editing content pages (including guidance on adding images/documents, creating links and workflow)
• Example content page (labelled to show all components in use)
• Creating and editing staff profiles
