What We Do
The Space and Data Management team is responsible for the information held on the University's live space database Archibus, as well as keeping an up to date record of all the AutoCAD drawings/floorplans of the University's buildings.
Keeping Information Up to Date
It is the responsibility of all staff members to update their contact details, please visit the staff directory followed by 'Edit My Info' option in the top right-hand corner. The space data team also carries out several surveys on buildings across the estate throughout the year.

For more information on requesting building space data or to gain access to floor plans for the University, please contact spacemanagement@worc.ac.uk.
Consultants and Contractors wishing to borrow drawings will be requested to sign our Drawing Loan Undertaking form.
AutoCAD Standards
University of Worcester AutoCAD Standards.
These CAD Standards are to be applied to the creation or editing of any CAD data/files (.dwg), whether they are created by UoW internal staff or external contractors or consultants.
