Financial Accounts

Financial Accounting involves preparing and compiling the annual financial statements for the University and its subsidiary companies, which include UW Developments Ltd, UW Enterprises Ltd, and UW Worcester Wolves Ltd. These documents are prepared in accordance with the Higher Education Statement of Recommended Practice 2015 (HE SORP) and current UK reporting standards. Each set of financial statements are subject to an annual audit which is carried out by BDO, the University’s appointed external auditors. The University is required to submit their audited financial statements to OfS by December each year, along with several other returns.
