IT Service

The IT Service offer a range of support and services such as laptop loans, logging a help call and a software webstore.

If you have an IT problem you can contact the service desk in the following ways:

  • contact the IT Service Desk on 01905 85 7500
  • log a help call on the Self-Service Portal
  • live chat via the IT webpage
  • speak to an IT technician in person at the IT Service Desk, located on the first floor of the Peirson Study & Guidance Centre on St John's Campus, or at the Hive.

For short-term laptop loans (up to four hours), please use the self-service lockers, located in the downstairs study area in the Peirson Study and Guidance Centre.

IT also have laptops and MacBooks that you can borrow over a longer term for up to two weeks. For more information please see the IT Service webpage.
