If you are unable to visit the Hive in person, firstpoint are able to take payment for library fines on campus. Please email firstpoint@worc.ac.uk for more information

Other fines
Payments of fines for parking tickets, bike loans etc. need to be made following the instructions on the fine notification.  These payment cannot be made - or appealed - at firstpoint.
