You are required to register at the start of each academic year that you are studying on your course. This confirms that you are attending and how your course is going to be paid for. You must register before you can receive any financial assistance (i.e. student loan or bursary). The registration process also allows you to check that the information we hold on your record is correct. The University is required to return Statutory reports based on the information you provide.

Yes. All personal information is stored using 128 bit encryption. We utilise the industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all the personal information.
We accept the following method of payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo
We ask for the security number from your payment card to prevent the fraudulent use of your account. This is printed on your card but isn't in the magnetic strip or embossed so only the person who has the card knows the number.
On most UK cards the security code is the last three digits of the number printed on the signature strip.
If you can't read your security code please contact your bank and they will happily issue you with a new card.
This may be because the University is yet to receive confirmation from the Student Loans Company that you are taking out a tuition fee loan. In these circumstances please select the 'Awaiting Financial Assessment' option. If this option is not available to you this may be due to a problem with our records and you should call us on 01905 855333.
