Confidential Information
Confidential Information
Employees must not divulge any confidential information belonging to the University of Worcester or relating to its affairs or dealings. This does not apply to any information or knowledge that may subsequently come into the public domain.
All confidential records, documents and other papers (together with any copies or extracts) made or acquired by employees are the property of the University and must be returned on the termination of employment.
This includes all information, which has been specifically designated as confidential by the University, and any information that relates to the commercial and financial activities of the University, the unauthorised disclosure of which would embarrass, harm or prejudice the University.
