These FAQs explain more about the Staff Survey which is open from 20 February until 12 March 2024.
The survey is being conducted by an independent company, People Insight.
The purpose of the survey is to gain insight into how staff feel at work, to celebrate what works well and to identify areas for improvement so we can make positive changes.
Responses will be confidential, and will be grouped and reported in such a way that it will not be possible to identify individual responses.
It’s important that as many staff as possible complete the survey, to give an accurate representation of views across the organisation.
Results will be gathered and analysed by People Insight and will be shared later in the year.
